Shoreline is announcing a new Call to Duty Magfed event in Croatia! (and Airsoft a weekend later)

Hi folks, Shoreline and Bluewater Paintball (Organiser from UK) is organising a new Call to Duty event in Croatia. The Location will be an old Military Airport – Estimated Date: Somewhere in the middle of the year (it will be hot!). We will post all Infos as soon we get new – untill then – here the pictures and some details shoreline allready posted (i know more but NDA is blocking me). If assaulting a beach using Fast Attack Boats through a hail of gunfire and lung splitting pyrotechnic explosions is your thing…..then stay tuned. Tim has just gotten off the phone and is smiling broadly…….Shoreline have just hired an entire ex-military airport complete with bunkers, hangers, terminal buildings, over 100 other buildings, gun emplacements, trenches, landing strip……..oh…..and a beach and load of attack boats.  Oh dear! Your 25 man squad are silent. Laying on belt buckles, scanning their arcs. Your point man is on one knee, you can just about hear the whirrrrrr of his Night Vision as he scans the ground ahead. In the distance a dog barks. Its 2am but the heat is still oppressive. Just laying there makes you pore with sweat, your eyes sting as you try to make out shapes in the dark and your sweat washes your cam cream down your face. Your earpiece crackles. “Oscar Mike”. As if one organism, your entire squad slowly raises from the ground, weapons up, silent. Slowly you move forward. The undergrowth is waist height, heart thumping, adrenaline flowing. Your kit which an hour ago felt heavy and uncomfortable now doesn’t even register on your conscience……its fucking on! Slowly, silently your squad moves forward. No rush. No mistakes. One foot, then the other. Not a single sound. Ahead the shapes of buildings become visible, inky black on an already black night, just shapes. Breathe. As you slowly break through the last of the undergrowth the squad automatically begins to spread out. Crunch. Beneath your feet the soil turns to stone and concrete. Crackle…..your ear piece confirms what you already know……”Objective Dagger reached…..we are on the landing strip……set the charges” Stretching off in both directions as far as the eye can see is the landing strip, a black carpet in the darkness with just the occasional blinking red light for company. To your left and right 3 man demo teams dart on to the runway, within 2 minutes they are back. The charges are set, there’ll be no more hostile aircraft using this runway for a long time when those go off…………we just have to make sure we are not around when they blow. Crackle….”Commence phase 2, lets go to work” This is it. Launch. Forget about slow and quiet, its now all about speed and violence. As one, you’re up and running, Cross the smooth black carpet of asphalt, faster than you’ve ever run before. Mates to your left. Mates to your right. A full clip of ammo. Its time to disco. All the way across the tarmac, still not a sound from the buildings, not a shot fired, they have no idea what is coming. You slam up against the wall of your objective building, a huge 100+ room airport terminal with control tower, stacking up either side of the nearest door. Still nothing. Still quiet. This is going to be a rude wake-up. You look at your closest mate, even with a full face mask on and in the dark you can see his eyes are wide. You’ve waited months for this, for this moment. Your heart feels like its going to come through your chest, deafening in your ears, lungs screaming, hands shaking, body pumping with sweat, have to calm down. Deep breath. Deep breath. Time has slowed down. Seconds feel like minutes. Deep breath. Its about to go off, deep breath. Suddenly everything calms, you are in control, ice, no emotion, everything is good…..lets fucking do this. Door open, grenade in…….BANG….through the door, its dark, smoke from the grenade hangs in the air, the first signs of movement and shouting can be heard elsewhere in the building. Loud bangs echo as other squads make their own breaches. You are first man. Mates at your back. Moving in to the building. Steady, Primed. The first door leads directing in to a massive hall. Up turned tables and debris fill the space. As soon as you open the door its like pressing a button….the entire world explodes! Enemy fire pours towards you as you move through the doorway in to the hall. Balls fly pass your ears, whizzing as they pass then breaking on the walls and floor all around you. As a team you all break for cover, diving behind tables, fridges, counters and any hard cover this old mess hall can give you. You spot a shape halfway down the massive hall. Like so many times before, as if on automatic your weapon comes up, your finger squeezes once, twice, three times and bang…..man down. FUCKING YES! Your in the fire fight. The next 90 minutes become a blur, a kaleidoscope of gunfighting, explosions, screaming, firing, moving. The sound of gunfire, grenades, screamed instructions and howls of pain merge together like a soundtrack from hell. You’ve no idea what is happening elsewhere, the entire world has narrowed down to just you and your mates locked in this epic fight for survival from room to room, hall to hall, building to building. Pouring fire towards your enemy, moving, shouting, pure aggression. Your senses shocked by the volume. Operating on auto pilot, it almost feels like you are watching yourself. Firing. Moving. Firing. Screaming. Grenade. Fire. Move. Fire. Move. One moment of clarity hits you mid battle. You’re pinned behind an upturned metal table, taking fire from 4 positions. The air is so thick with smoke and grenade fumes it feels like you could cut it with a spoon. The noise has dulled all senses. The constant body jarring percussion of close range grenades, deafening gunfire and screaming surrounds you like a dulling blanket. You scream for help, for support, but your mates are in as much shit as you. Its going bad. You’re in trouble. Got to get the upper hand back in this firefight. There’s no help coming, you’ll have to fight your way out of this one. Drop your mag and replace with a fresh. Deep breath, its forward or nothing. Raise up from behind your table, its like the entire world is shooting at you, your weapon kicks and you start to spit fire back. You have to win the firefight to get back in to this. All around you the paint is breaking but still your gun roars back as good as it gets. Inside your mask your screaming, your finger is pumping, your weapon is hissing and spitting….this is it. Your buddies see and join. As one you’re all up, pouring fire down range, pure aggression, front foot, on the move. Advancing. The incoming decreases noticeably and you start to take bodies. Mag change, firing, 2 enemy walk, incoming drops further, firing, firing, moving, 1 more walks, then another. Still moving, still firing……now winning. At the end of the battle you drop. Drink down a litre of water without it touching the sides. Everyone is filthy. Clothes are ripped. Everyone has cuts, bruises and scraps – nobody remembers how. Bodies, clothes and kit soaked in sweat and filth. Nobody talks. Nobody needs to. Terminal secured. Job done. This is………Call To Duty VI Brothers………we have another mission for you!
